If you are an avid Do-It-Yourselfer, you may be ambitious enough to take on the party planning independently. If so, here are some tips to help you choose the right AV equipment to allow your guest speaker to give the best year-end toast you’ve ever raised a glass to.
Create an Equipment List
Before you can begin selecting products, you will first need to decide what AV equipment your party requires. For small-scale parties, a simple PA system with a mic and speaker may be all you need. Those larger parties (those that seek to host hundreds of employees, for example) may require additional pieces such as a quality projector rental, screen and lighting.
Do your Research
With today’s technological advancements, there are a plethora of different AV manufacturers to choose from. Look up a few different brands and check out their features and capabilities.
